Starting counselling can feel like a big step. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low in confidence, or simply aware that something doesn’t feel quite right. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.
I offer a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly, explore your thoughts and feelings, and begin to make sense of your experiences at your own pace.

Seeking support takes courage. My aim is to offer a space where you feel heard, valued and supported as you work towards greater understanding, resilience and emotional wellbeing. If you are unsure whether counselling is right for you, I am happy to have an initial conversation to explore this together.
