Fees and Practical Information
Session Fees
£45 per 1 hour session
Sessions are payable by bank transfer prior to or on the day of the appointment.
Free initial 20 minute appointment
Session length and frequency
Sessions last 1 hour.
Appointments are usually held weekly or fortnightly, at a regular time where possible.
Counselling may be short-term (focused on a specific issue) or longer-term, depending on your needs.
We will review our work together regularly to ensure the counselling continues to feel helpful and purposeful.
Location / Online Sessions
Sessions are offered in-person at my home, in a counselling room which has external access
or
online via Zoom, Microsoft teams, google meet or Whatsapp Video
Online counselling provides flexibility and accessibility while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
