I work collaboratively and at your pace, supporting you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable. I aim to create a calm and respectful environment where you feel heard, accepted, and supported — whether you are seeking relief from immediate difficulties or looking to build longer-term confidence and self-understanding.
